The J2NFL brings the most raw energy, thanks to its CFC (Carbon-Fiberglass-Carbon) face construction. Like its siblings, it uses the 16mm variable-density foam core and the notched EVA foam perimeter (“NF”), but the surface plays hotter and livelier. This model delivers fast ball speed and punchy contact with a slightly stiffer feel, best suited for players who prioritize power and offense but still want the added forgiveness and edge weighting from the foam perimeter.
The J2FC+ is a 16mm all-foam paddle using Sword & Shield’s Gen 5 multi-density, pivoting core architecture. It features a carbon fiber face, midweight build (8.0–8.3 oz), and moderate swing weight (110–114) with a twist weight around 7. The updated Aero Hybrid Plus shape blends elongated power with standard-shape control, offering a large sweet spot without sacrificing hand speed. Designed for players seeking balanced performance across power, spin, and control, the J2FC+ delivers high dwell time, improved pop, and smooth feel. This beta model is not currently USAP approved. Grip length is extended at 5.5″, making it favorable for two-handed players.
The J2NFK uses a woven Kevlar surface paired with a 16mm variable-density EPP core and a notched EVA foam perimeter (“NF”). Among the NF lineup, this one offers the most plush and connected feel. Kevlar naturally damps vibration and delivers a grippy response, making this paddle ideal for players who value touch, controlled resets, and hand speed—but still want linear, predictable power from a standard hybrid shape.
The J2NFT features a titanium PET face material layered over the same 16mm interlaced EPP core with notched EVA foam perimeter (“NF”). This paddle plays the crispest and most neutral of the three—not overly soft, not overly poppy. Titanium PET adds firmness and quick rebound while maintaining a smooth feel, making this a strong fit for players coming from Gen 2 paddles who want all-court balance with a firmer response.
